What this paper as an art?
Definitely NOT oragami, so do not say it is. It is where the little paper strips are curled, folded or bent and are commonly placed on a flat sheet of cardboard or paper, the other a 3-D image make. Pop art is a genre. There is something a collage by definition, but it has a specific name for it.
