I take a pre-college art and of course they want me to bring in a portfolio?
I take a pre-college art course at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts on Saturday and they want me to bring in a portfolio of 10-15 pieces. I just do not know what! For my paintings I want them or bring mat they simply no mat or anything, although they did not clean lines? I have life drawing a few sketches on 15×20 newsprint, as I should? I should just put them in individual leaves? This class is like portfolio building and it has three sections: 2D (drawing and painting), 3D (sculpture), and then films and so on. I have done nothing or any 3D movie, or … this is bad? it does not determine weather I am getting to class, they just want to fetch me an idea, I think. Help please!
Since not determine the portfolio, whether or not you in the class, then the presentation does not mean that much. So, framing and matting is less critical. What do you want to be, Only the best of your best work. You do not want to see what you done in your craft, but they want to see how far you've got.
