Two years and scissors of all kinds? I do not believe it! Extract kitty w / beard and eyes to stick? Eyes are a choking Hazzard to tear colored paper and paste – maybe paper mache? too young! How about paint with your finger? The scraps of paper is ok. Just do not know how to apply the paste to do. Maybe glue into a container and let them (w / help), use a sponge brush glue on DAB. you're going to have to monitor them, because they most likely like to again much more than is necessary to use glue and a sticky mess!
