Lectures and collaborations of Stella Vine

2006

Vine Noise curated the festival for under-25s at Tate Liverpool in 2006.

Vine was a curator for the Noise Festival, a festival of art for under-25s, at Urbis, Manchester started in April 2006. In June 2006 she gave a lecture at the Tate Modern on "the fictional erotic" Sleeping Girl, a 1943 painting by Balthus.

In June 2006 a number of Chelsea Arts Club artists such as Sarah Lucas, David Shrigley, Sandra Blow, Sir Peter Blake and Stella Vine custom icon Terry de Havilland platform wedges shoes for the group exhibition Fu * k Me! Shoes. Vine pair were named Moira (2006), consisting of two identical portraits painted by Moira Shearer The Red Shoes on the insole of each shoe with red red satin ribbons on Tied back. Vine made another painting Moira (2006), Moira Shearer binding representation of the red ribbons on her ballet shoes painted with the slogan I Will Always Love You next to her, for her solo exhibition at the Museum Bailiffgate this year. On 26 June 2006 show the shoes auctioned for charity as part of burlesque themes. In 2008 Vine hand-painted shoes were for the second time in Donald Smith installation color room for shoes at the InterContinental Hotel in London exhibited's Park Lane.

In July Vine 2006, held a family art workshop on human animals and places Bailiffgate Museum. In August 2006 she was appearing in the tabloid press when her painting of Celebrity Big Brother stars Samuel "Ordinary Boy" Preston and Chantelle Houghton, "was the invitation to her wedding in use".

On 21 November 2006, filmed with Vine Modern Art Oxford gallery director Andrew Nairne as part documentary called Tim Marlow Tim Marlow on … Modern Art Oxford to five (TV channel).

2007

In January 2007, hold cards Polite developed a start in London for a series of greeting cards by Stella Vine along with artists David Shrigley and Vic Reeves. In the same month Vine announced as a judge for a British national art competition held by Visto Brahma.

In April 2007, Vine filmed in an episode of Horizon called Battle of the Brains for BBC Two in 2007.

In May 2007, Vine was in a public debate with Germaine Greer gender and culture as part of the Women's International Arts Festival. Vine was later interviewed by students from John Mason School, and Oxford Community School, Oxford in July 2007 organized by Arts Council England.

In July 2007 Vine worked with Topshop clothing chain that inspired the creation of a limited edition fashion range of her work. These included T-shirts, vest tops and T-shirt dresses Labels designed in pink glitter. The Guardian commented that "the fact that the range of t-shirts she has designed for recently, Top Shop – emblazoned with slogans such as Breaking up with her boyfriend – from flying, speaks volumes for their public support. "

In October 2007, said the vine to The Observer on Louise Bourgeois in an article called Kisses for Spider Woman. Vine Bourgeois described as one of the "greatest artist ever" and that "few women artists have been recognized as a truly important. December 2007 – January 2008 Vine contributed a painting to a group show called Trans-Europe in Berlin, Germany from next to the work of six other European female painters.

2008

Vine created a portrait of supermodel Elle Macpherson in February 2008. The painting was later issued an event organized by Macpherson in London. In March 2008, a portrait of Vine, taken by photographer Venetia Dearden, was part of the North Wall exhibition Alnwick Castle, consisting of ten photographs from the National Portrait Gallery collection.

In 2008, Vine, the Uffington White Horse chose as her favorite piece of art or Destination for Artangel The Big Pix project.

In May 2008, adopted vine Artangel The Big Pix project in which artists talk about their favorite film a video-art or goal. Vine chose the Uffington White Horse describes it as mysterious and stimulating. In September 2008, the vine Groucho Club in London, presented with an acrylic painting by Groucho Marx, which was first issued within the club in fall 2008. In October 2008, donated a free painting named Mark Vine (2008), musician Mark E Smith of the Free Art Fair London.

In December 2008, began working with Vine Tatty Devine, the accessories boutique in London. Vine also created an affordable art book in the style of a fanzine in Cooperation with MREL books. Vine also created "a cost effective way," one of her small paintings in the form of 27 laptops with a hand-painted butterfly own on the cover of each vintage music paper book.

The same month, "said Vine, The Guardian, that they spend Christmas 2008 with a run around the Serpentine, or a walk in Hyde Park or London City with her son Bullmastiff dog and a small pack of whiskey and coffee. Vine worked with Japanese fashion label Comme des Garons shows a new image Tralala (2008) that shows the central star by Hubert Selby, Jr. 's cult novel Last Exit to Brooklyn, at their central London's Dover Street Market from 27 November 2008 to 8 January 2009.

2009

Vine is speaking in a debate at the Oxford Union in February 2009.

Vine is on 19 February 2009 talk Set of the motion This House believes that promiscuity is a virtue, no vice, together with Dr. Shere Hite, Carol Queen and Joani Blank, in opposition to the Bishop of Ebbsfleet (Andrew Burnham), Wendy Shalit and Inga Muscio.

In the February 2009 issue of Gay Times discussed the Vine "tabloid frenzy 'and Media control that Saatchi collects their work in 2004, followed: "In the beginning it was a real struggle for any kind of intelligence to make claims at all .." She said from casting their feelings in interviews and had come over as "a bit wild" and said her mother died at the time: "Are you crazy in a bit Place for something.. "She said she now feels like" someone who has grown up "and that she sees life in a" much more mature kind of way. " Vine said she was happy the media gave her a platform, if no one else did, and despite the increasingly annoyed when wrong things said about them or if their comments were taken out of context, she does not really make sense because of that it had the "opportunity for people to see my work and make their own decisions."

Vine is the creation of new work for a major solo exhibition at the Eden Project for the summer of 2010.

Vine describes modern celebrity culture nothing new that people had done something more, and that she admired people who are under great pressure such as Britney Spears, they were perceived as "very, very brave." Vine discusses her photos of other musicians such as Morrissey (and his band The Smiths), who she for his "physicality and his voice and his attitude loner and independence "admired. Vine painted Amy Winehouse Amy brick wall because of Amy's bizarre mixture" of fragility and strength, and "the whole thing by putting her husband on a pedestal, almost like a country & western singer from the 60s. "Vine described Kurt Cobain as a good, brave person, and that her pictures of Courtney Love as Courtney had been guilty during Love's trial when Vine Love felt attacked, they identified with him: "You is one of those people who are willing to put out the truth, warts and all, even if you are attacked for it.

2010

In November 2008 it was announced that Vine began painting a series of September 2010 – new work for a major solo exhibition at the Eden Project, Cornwall, England until June.
