How do I price my art?
I have no idea how to .. Price of my art lol what are the general standards for sizes, media, much time spent on the piece, quality etc. .. Give examples, if you can. as if I have a 12×9 portrait charcoal on paper, or 5×9 acrylic painting on Canvas of flowers? what murals? 8×12 acrylic wall like a picture with many details, which lasted an hour and 70 products? Help? that seems really cheap .. ive been to in the galleries, sell them for at least 300 for the smallest at about 9×12 .. even if the galleries were cut 60-40 or even 50-50 thats more then what to say to you .. try not to argue, But do you really think that is correct?
I do not think that there is a fixed rule. It really depends entirely on how much someone is willing to pay to achieve this. How much depends on quality, creativity and uniqueness (does your art look like everyone else), maybe then material costs and time (detail), although I Most buyers think a lot about these doubts. In theory it should be different price in a gallery or outside, but as galleries of up to 50% of the commission I feel like a beginner but this is to keep that. It also depends on where you live. Art in New York City will be more expensive than in a small town in upstate New York. When you visit the local galleries check out how much work is comparable to your price, although you may also in selling price which classes actually should pay …
