Does anyone know what the paper will be called away in a picture frame and where I might purchase some?

I have a stall in an Art and Craft Fair, and I wanted to buy some paper-frames, the prints in the ad, I just can not seem to get a website to sell the find and I do not know if they have a have specific names? I'm open to other ideas, if anyone can recommend another way to view them?
