Do you think that this old is a good lesson plan for a two-year-old?
I have come up with a lesson plan for a two-year-old. Heres the idea that I came with: the child will cut a sun, then they will have different properties from yellow and orange to choose from (feathers, tissue paper, buttons, etc.) and then they can stick the objects on the sun-up. Is this a cute idea? Will there be a "lesson plan"? I thought that it help in developing fine motor skills and that it is a creative art and crafts project. What do you think? It is for my highschool kindergarten class. And the goal is to recognize colors and shapes (circle button Line pipe cleaners, etc.) feel the different textures, etc. What else do you think that the children can learn from this?
This is a great idea I will try it with my 2 1 / 2 year old girl. I made another project with them like a collage. I get a couple of magazines and she shows me the pictures they want, I cut some, and I help her set, others. Then she sets the glue stick and glue the pictures wherever they want on the paper. They loved it! It was a collage from all their favorite activities.
